additional videos
Any additional videos requested beyond the quantity specified in the chosen plan will be subject to separate charges. The client will be notified of the applicable fees for the extra videos before any production work begins.
Additional site visits
Additional site visits required for capturing the videos outlined in the selected plan will include separate charges. The client will be informed of the associated fees for extra site visits prior to the commencement of any filming or recording activities.
pay For
The payments outlined in the plan strictly encompass video shoot and editing charges, constituting the end-to-end production process. Any other services or elements mentioned are complimentary in nature and are not included as part of the payment for the video production services.
Google ADS
Please note that within the complimentary services, the provision for running video ads is offered free of charge. However, it's important to clarify that the client retains the responsibility of furnishing the daily budget required for the video ads' promotional activities. The budget allocation for ad dissemination remains the client's prerogative and is not covered by the complimentary video ad service.
YouTube channel monetization
Due to the organic nature of YouTube channel monetization, we are unable to specify a precise time duration for achieving this milestone. The timeline for monetization is influenced by various external factors and audience engagement. While our efforts can contribute to your channel's growth,it's important to note that the monetization process's exact timeframe cannot be predetermined.
title and description
The client is responsible for providing the title and description for YouTube video uploads. These elements are crucial for video optimization, as they function as keywords that enhance discoverability. As a key factor in driving visibility and engagement, the accuracy and relevance of the title and description rely on the client's input.
video upload
Following the video shoot, our commitment is to complete the editing process and upload the video to the client's YouTube channel within a span of 3 to 5 days. We strive to ensure a prompt turnaround while maintaining the quality of the final product.
Plan in advance
Any required site visit for video shoots must be communicated to us at least 2 days in advance. This advanced notice allows us to adequately prepare for the shoot and ensure a seamless production process.
video time limit
In order to optimize video performance and viewer engagement, the duration for each video, including both the intro and end card, is limited to a maximum of 20 minutes (10-15 min recommend) Reels at 90 sec, and Shorts at 60 sec, This consideration is based on the understanding that longer durations tend to have a reduced performance and may not yield optimal viewer engagement.
Payment terms
For the selected plan, an upfront payment of 50% is required at the beginning of each month, with the remaining balance due 15 days after the start of the month.Alternatively, as a second option, clients have the flexibility to make the full payment for the month at the commencement of that month.
plan cancellation
The selected plan cannot be cancelled mid-term. Clients are committed to the plan for its entirety once it has been initiated.
cancellation notice period
In the event that the client intends to cancel the service, a notice period of 15 days is required. This advance notice allows us to make the necessary arrangements and adjustments.
file maintenance
The file maintenance for the videos will be subject to variation based on the specific terms and conditions outlined in the selected plan. Clients are advised to refer to the plan details to understand the extent of file maintenance services provided.
clients responsibilities
After coming into contract, if you do not respond timely and shirk from your duties Clumps Bee will not be responsible for the outcomes you will get.
Festival videos
Exclusion of Event and Festival Celebration Videos: Our service package does not encompass the filming or production of videos related to events and festival celebrations.clients seeking coverage for such occasions should seek alternative options, as our services are tailored to different video content needs.
modification of terms and conditions
We have the right to modify the above terms and conditions at any point in time, including the time of an ongoing contract, and changes in the terms and conditions will be notified to the clients through company email.
